Dinesh Gupta, Managing Member (dgupta@satwik.com)
Dinesh Gupta, managing member, is regarded as a highly focused, results driven, team builder, and a prudent risk taker.
Mr. Gupta has extensive experience in managing investment funds on behalf of individuals and institutions. In February 2000 he co-founded SVC Ventures I, LLC in February 2000 that currently has $31M under management. IN 1999, he also founded D&B Venture Management, LLC, a private investment firm that invested over $20M both on its own account and on behalf of numerous high net worth individuals. 
From 1978 to 1999, Mr. Gupta was Business Development Manager at Raychem Corporation (acquired by Tyco International). He led an aggressive acquisition team whose efforts resulted in six acquisitions by Tyco and contributed to sales growth from $270M to approximately $500M/year. Mr. Gupta also led global projects as General Manager with full P&L responsibility of a worldwide group of 60 people. 
Mr. Gupta holds an MBA from the University of Santa Clara and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delhi. He has taken courses from the University of Berkeley in marketing and business development. 

Paul Getty, Managing Member (pgetty@satwik.com)
Paul M. Getty, managing member of SVC Partners, possesses over 20 years of comprehensive worldwide business operations and financial planning experience in environments ranging from early phase start-ups to multi-billion dollar corporations. As a senior manager and officer, he has directed worldwide sales, marketing, customer support, professional services, and field engineering organizations of numerous technology firms including Digital Equipment, Mentor Graphics, Honeywell-Bull, Remedy, Data Systems Design, and Occidental. His track record includes participation in IPOs and successful M&A activity that have resulted in investor returns of over $700M.
Mr. Getty’s real estate experience includes investments in over 20 real estate investment properties, construction management experience on 5 new residential projects, plus has extensive commercial real estate sales and leasing experience as a licensed real estate professional. 
Mr. Getty, along with Mr. Gupta, is also a co-founder of SVC Partners and a co-manager of the firm’s investments and investor relationships.
Mr. Getty holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan, graduating with honors and a BS Degree in Chemistry from Wayne State University. 

Adiel Goral, Managing Member 
Adiel Gorel, managing member of SVC Partners, has extensive experience in real estate investment and property management.
In 1983, Mr. Gorel formed International Capital Group (ICG), a San Francisco-based real estate investment company that assists investors worldwide in purchasing U.S properties and provides full service including lending and property management. As CEO of ICG, Mr. Gorel has purchased over 4,000 properties in Sunbelt cities including Phoenix, Las Vegas, Orlando, Dallas, San Antonio, Tampa, Austin, and Jacksonville. Mr. Gorel has also formed seven apartment-complex syndications in Miami and Houston. 
Adiel Gorel gives lectures world-wide on U.S real estate investing and has published two books on the subject Remote-Controlled Real Estate Riches – The Busy Person’s Guide to Real Estate Investing (Progress Press) and Discovering Real Estate in America (Turquoise Press). Mr. Gorel has been profiled on NBC, ABC, and the San Francisco Examiner and is a highly rated speaker for the Learning Annex. 
Mr. Gorel's professional experience also includes management and director positions in firms including Hewlett-Packard, Excel Telecommunications, and bio tech firms Marlstone, Lifecare, and Lifewave.
Mr. Gorel holds a BSEE from McGill University, graduating first in his class and an MSEE from Stanford University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Mr. Gorel also speaks four languages: Hebrew, English, Spanish, and French.

Dennis Kamensky, Managing Member 
Dennis Kamensky, managing member of SVC Partners, has over 30 years of experience in tax accounting and over 25 years experience in real estate investing. For 27 years he owned and managed a very successful tax/accounting firm in Oakland, CA (The Tax Pros). His prior professional experience also includes working as a public accountant. 
Mr. Kamensky has personally prepared over 15,000 tax returns and is the author of the best selling tax book Winning on Your Income Taxes. He is also the co-author of the book Women and Taxes and the writer of the computer software programs TAX TUTOR PLUS and HYPERTAX. Mr. Kamensky has appeared on over 250 radio and TV shows including Larry King, Good Morning LA, CNBC, and has been a regular guest on KGO, KSFO, and most Bay Area Radio stations. In 1987 he had his own national TV show entitled Winning On Your Income Taxes, and has written weekly tax articles for the San Francisco Chronicle and Oakland Tribune. 
Mr. Kamensky has been involved in the formulation of two major tax law developments. He pioneered the real estate/tax concept of “component depreciation” for investment property. He successfully got the IRS to allow this shorter form of real estate depreciation which allowed investors to save tax dollars over a faster period of time. He also successfully fought the IRS method calculating the ratio of building to land on real estate investments. Through his efforts real estate investors were able to take a higher ratio of building cost to improve their ability to deduct more depreciation on their rental properties. In 2001 he sold his tax practice to devote the majority of his time to real estate investments.
Mr. Kamensky began personally investing in rental property in 1976. Through investments in over 100 properties over a 20 year period, he developed a very successful real estate investing strategy (entitled “the ABC system of real estate investing”). This system allowed him to successfully buy, sell, and/or hold dozens of investment properties throughout the country and realize highly attractive investor returns.
Mr. Kamensky has shared his real estate strategies with thousands of investors through seminars and workshops and by working directly with individuals and real estate syndications. His combined tax and real estate expertise has saved investors hundreds of thousands of dollars in their investments. He also has significant expertise in evaluating potential real estate investments negotiating attractive deals terms. 
Mr. Kamensky holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from C.C.N.Y and a masters degree from the City University of New York.
